It is a freeware program and available in

Please , sign in as a member and download from Applications section ...
Current version runs under NX4 ... Although we did not test it for NX2 and NX3 , you should be able to run the utility with previous versions (NX2,NX3) also ...
basically , the utility uses dialogs for allowing user to select hole type , followed by selection of a face where the holes will be created and lastly the point selection dialog to set the center of holes...
Please refer to readme.txt for installation guides ... and *.dat files for customizing the utility for your own requirements.
